We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

My wrapped is, it stays at the beginning, there is no progress, there is no audio or video flow. Why did this happen?

Hi! I loved wrapped, but I know that this year there must have been something wrong. I play the Happy Song by Imogen Heap for my daughter every day, and that song was not even in my top songs. It should have been #1. What’s up with that?

Blocking Beyoncé on Spotify this year was the highlight of my music experience. Such a relief! I can’t even describe how much lighter I’ve felt since.

Next year, I’ll block even more artists in the hope that Spotify finally gets a better sense of my music preferences. Sadly, there’s still no way to turn off genres or podcasts.

My Spotify 2024 summary  still doesn't appear in the app!!! Please correct

I have not been given a wrapped this year for some reason, the app section gives generic playlists and the link from the wrapped website gives me a "We do not have your wrapped this year".

My app is updated, I have been actively using spotify and my main playlist is not private.

I do not know how this happened as I recieved a wrapped for -22 and -23

There is no way mine is accurate. I played Baby Beluga by Raffi probably dozens and dozens of times for my son, as it's the only one that calms him. It didn't even show up on my top playlist. Makes me question the reliability of the algorithm used.

I just wanted to know why, after becoming a big streaming platform BECAUSE of how you were supposed to support smaller artists (despite the egregious lack of compensation for artists, gate-kept stream minimums to receive funds for their art, and other general gripes with the app) now you’re using AI? It’s an eco concern, it’s inherently anti-human artist, and directly helps put artists of all different mediums, out of work. The wrapped this year was lazy AT BEST. Wrapped peaked in 2021/2022 and has gotten worse as we go. It doesn’t seem like all of my year listening was used, the constant begging for users to use AI content on the app feels predatory. Please do better, I left my previous streaming service because I wanted to consume media in a way that would directly benefit the creators and this AI generated mess of a wrapped on top of rising costs for premium is turning me off completely to Spotify as a company, or as an app/service that I would use or endorse.

hii, i've tried everything, but i cant get my spotify wrapped to play. i am able to click on it, and i can see every individual story, but i cant see the video in every story. you know when you play a video on instagram and the line gradually fills the more the video has shown? my spotify wrapped doesn't do that. i can only click through everything, but that makes me miss over half of the information. and i've tried literally everything, but nothing is working...

wrapped should be available on PC for people with eyesight issues that aren't able to see it on mobile.

I had the same experience.  It was full of Latin music that I never listen to.  I got scared that somehow my account had been compromised so I changed my login method.  I’d really like to see someone from Spotify explain this.

I can't see my Spotify wrapped on desktop Spotify. I updated my Spotify and it still won't show me

most of my Wrapped are accurate, but a few of them(3 or 4 in 100) are not song I am interested, one song is from an Artist I blocked for long time. It seems like some song in Recommend Weekly, which was ruined by local pops "recommend" song, appears in my Wrapped

btw, Recommend Weekly, which was ruined by local pops "recommend" song, is exactly the reason I stop using it. I am using the new "new song Radar" updates every Friday, which is much much more better than the current Recommend Weekly

I have far less moral/ethical issues than usual - at least in regard to artists - with this particular use of AI, since it's trained on and and directed at analyzing user listening patterns, not the creative work itself. But it clearly isn't even succeeding at that. And on every other point (plus the broken "Share" button), I'll second your post whole-heartedly.

Well, it doesn't seem to be working very well for that either, unless they've found a way to profit off of engagement with this support thread. If that's the plan, they've hit on a winning formula.

Aside from all the other reported issues (mine and everyone else's), I've seen a few mentions of a "top 100" list, which I see no sign of - just top five artists & songs (the latter being next to useless, as it only shows truncated titles with no artist attached). Granted, I've only got 6-7 months logged this year, but at 107k minutes, 9.5k tracks, and 3k artists, you'd think there'd be enough data to draw from.

Man I also got the same problem. However I think that it is not available on PC. You have to log in to your account on mobile.
