Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I’m asking this on behalf of my friend, she and I share the Premium Duo plan, I don’t have any problems of Wrapped, but for unknown reasons she can’t even see the “wrapped” option , it also happened last year. Can you please help to check. Her account email: **bleep**.

Hey Spotify Community,

I’m beyond frustrated with this year’s Wrapped and need to vent about the absolute disaster of data representation. Let me break down why this year’s “personalized” experience feels more like a random algorithm gone wrong:

Design Failures

• The slide presentation was painfully slow

• Each slide took ages to load and transition

• The design looks like it was thrown together in five minutes

• Feels like a complete lack of user experience consideration

Data Accuracy Nightmare

• My top artists are COMPLETELY wrong

• The artist in my supposed “fifth place” was only played THREE times this entire year

• Major discrepancies in song tracking - multiple tracks I know I’ve played extensively are mysteriously absent from my top 100

What Makes This Frustrating

• I’ve been a loyal Spotify user

• I expect basic accuracy in my listening statistics

• This feels like a half-baked product release

Questions for Spotify

• How are these statistics calculated?

• Is there a bug in your tracking system?

• Can we get a proper explanation or data correction?

Anyone else experiencing similar issues? Would love to hear if this is a widespread problem or just my account.

I am extremely disappointed to not have anything about podcasts on my wrapped this year!  I have absolutely gotten it in years past but this time it's missing and I know others have gotten it, including my sister who is on a shared family plan with myself and my mother.  I was really looking forward to see the podcast wrapped because this is the first year I've really started listening to podcasts more often...

I'm on a computer, because I don't have my cell phone at hand currently and my wrapped doesn't appear, only the lists appear but not the video that is supposed to appear to me, last year it did appear but this time it doesn't

regarding wrapped 2024: this was incredibly disappointing. not only are my top songs and artists wrong, but the lack of flair/creative info given within the actual wrapped videos pales in comparison to previous years.

I would like to know if other people have the same problem as me, I listened a lot to Don Toliver's album "Hardstone Psycho", the one released on June 14, 2024, with 4 discs, and 16 tracks. With a third-party application, "Hardstone Psycho" is the most listened to album of this year. However, none of its tracks appear in the Spotify Wrapped 2024, nor in my Top tracks, nor in my wrapped, I also think that it did not count in my listening time. Reply if you have the same problem, I sent an email directly to Spotify.

My top song came up as “silence 10 minutes” it says I listened to it 66 times ??? Can it be removed from my listening history so my wrapped is normal?

Is the 2024 wrapped available on the desktop app? I can't find it on my Windows computer. Search for Wrapped and all I get is my top songs 2024.

I have the exact same issue with Doechii. She is easily one of my two most played artists of the year by a very significant margin. Yet, she does not appear in my top artists, none of her songs appear anywhere in my Wrapped, and not a single one of her songs appears in my top 100 playlist.

Yesterday, my colleague asked to see my Spotify Wrapped for this year, even though she doesn’t use Spotify herself. As I showed it to her, she quickly became impatient. “Painfully slow” is the perfect way to describe it!

A common question I see people asking is how to remove the Wrapped tab. Unfortunately, the answer is, we can’t. I recently reached out to Spotify about the audiobooks tab, which I also find frustrating. The design has become overly cluttered, with endless subheadings and irrelevant recommendations. My feed is filled with podcasts about topics I don’t engage with, like financial advice (I couldn’t care less), single motherhood (I’m a child-free man, not even a pet owner), or women discussing their personal lives (I really don’t need to know who they’re sharing their bed with).

This brings me to another frequently discussed issue: podcasts in Wrapped. It makes no sense to me either. Wrapped claims I mostly listen to news-related podcasts, yet not one appears in my top five. Despite listening to a lot of true crime this year, no true crime podcasts made the list either. While this aspect of Wrapped doesn’t particularly interest me, it’s a clear sign Spotify’s algorithms need improvement. I'm curious to see how the team addresses these ongoing complaints.

If Spotify aims to grow and retain users in the coming years, improving the design should be a priority. Offering customers the ability to customise their interface by hiding unwanted sections would be a great start. I often feel overwhelmed by the constant exposure to genres and themes that don’t interest me, which makes using the platform stressful rather than enjoyable. This issue has left me seriously considering a switch to Apple Music. The recent failure of Wrapped has only added to my hesitation about sticking with Spotify. Is Spotify still worth my time or money?

My top five songs weren't even songs i actually listened to a lot/played repeatedly, they were songs you shoved down my throat in autoplay that i always skipped, leading to my top five songs (and artists) to be completely cluttered and flat out inaccurate. How is car seat headrest gonna be on my top five list yet NONE of their songs show up on my list? i KNOW i listened to 'cute thing' WAAAAAAAAAY more than literally any of TV Girl's songs. I felt like only TWO artists were correct on my top artist list, the rest were literally?????? so random???? i know for a fact Steven Universe is NOT one of my top artists. wheres the Dresden Dolls, a band i periodically listened to on and off through the year?? where is Metric, and their song 'combat baby?' Polysics? Wheezer? literally ALL the bands i ACTUALLY listen to??? I feel cheated, especially cause last years wrapped actually felt kinda cool, so this was a huge disappoint for me for the wrapped to not only be basic, but to be wrong. Do better.
