We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

it basically shows you all ur top songs and artists and shows how many minutes you listened to music this year

Why is my wrapped not animated? All my Friends have like short videos in their wrapped but I only have pictures.

Sorry, I've tried scrolling through but can't find an answer. How do I disable wrapped? I have less than zero interest in it so it's just annoying. How do I get rid?

My Spotify never gave me the option for a Wrapped and I still can't access mine with all the troubleshooting. I've been with Spotify for years and this is the first time in Wrapped history I've had this issue

In the past wrapped was available on Desktop platforms and now it seems to be unavailable which inconveniences me significantly. Is there a technical reason behind this?

Last time I looked forward to this event. But with Spotify killing features like 'Similar Playlist' that were crucial to my music experience, and most recently WebAPI's last gasp 'Get Recomendations', this year has been the worst year of my life in terms of music. I wish you, Spotify team, the worst in the new year.

I hate that some of us didn’t get an AI podcast. You could’ve at least told us why in the description :[ and also I miss the chart which showed us that throughout the year we had spikes in listening. The top 5 list was also in accurate for me, but tbh I probably just had a shuffle that played older songs more. Also there’s this survey thing that pops up WHILEE I type this, it deleted my first draft, could you at least ask me to fill out a survey AFTER I submit my first review? Thanks for your hard work though, Spotify is awesome

Wrapped got it all wrong! I really think my results are so not accurate and it has some kind of recency bias. I need the real results!

My 2024 wrapped shows data starting from July but I've been using the app non-stop for three years. I can't think of the reasons why it happened other than me changing the country or changing the languange on the app.

my Spotify wrapped is so inacurate istg it says i have listened to 8,177 mins i.e 5 days whereas I heard like more that I'm damn sure i have music plugged in like every day I do not function without music and the wrapped animations are like stuck it does not move at all.😭 help me

Dear Spotify support,
I write to thank you for the wrap ; I always find this moment very interesting. It is nice to have some insight about our tastes and its evolution : thank you very much !
If I could give a few suggestions :
First of all, I find it is a shame we can't access the wraps from the precedent years, I would love to be able to rewatch the one from last year and the year before easily.
I also would love to have easy access to the kind of data you are sharing : what kind of music am I listening to, when, on which device, and so on ?

My Question or Issue

Hi. My 2023 spotify wrapped banner has been on my homepage for the past year, and now it's still here even though 2024 wrapped is out. I have tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app. No other device i use spotify on has this problem.

You can find your wraps from previous years by just searching for them. 😉

I'm not certain as to whether this may be a silly question, but I don't currently own a phone, so would there be any way for me to be able to view my spotify wrapped or at least time listened to songs for this year?
Anything would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Yes you can use a desktop app, for instance for linux : https://www.spotify.com/de-en/download/linux/https://www.spotify.com/de-en/download/linux/ 
I don't think you can watch your wrap on a laptop though 🤔

This is the FOURTH year in a ROLL that my wrapped is messed up by spotify.

Again, I don't have my podcasts AND genres showed on it. I don't know what the **bleep** is the problem that EVERY YEAR you mess up, and I have to see everyone's wraps perfectly done and my missing half of it.

I'm a premium member for more than 10 years and this is what I get, always! Pisses me off.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to hide Spotify Wrapped from the Home menu at the moment. If this is something you would like to see in the app in the future, I'd recommend you post your idea in our Community Ideas Exchange here.
