cannot turn off shuffle

Shuffle activates by itself and cannot be turned off on personal playlists. The shuffle icon indicates it should be off, and trying to manually turn it on/off doesn't work.

This has been happening on MacOS, Android and Linux for months now.

If you have Spotify Free, the shuffle mode is always on except on certain Spotify playlists as those made for you.

Hi Mateus, thank you for your reply.

I'm a premium user, and I don't think the problem is a user error. Turning shuffle on/off is a button click on all of these interfaces, which doesn't do anything, and looks disabled even when the list doesn't play in order.

Again, these are playlists that I made, not radio etc.

Hey @selin1005! Thanks for getting back to us!

You can try clearing your play queue and disabling Enhance playlist (if it's On). After this, check again if you can switch Shuffle off.
