iPhone 14 pro max overheating

Hi there, It’s not very clear to me where to post this so I’ll do it here. Since the last update my phone starts overheating whenever i play spotify (also via airpods) after around 15 minutes. I’ve tested it a couple of times and it is the Spotify app. After overheating it obviously stops the music and it needs to cool down to avoid danger. I’m hoping this can be fixed asap!

I got a iPhone SE (2nd generation) and got the same problem. App is basically unusable.

same issue! the phone starts heating up and the app kills itself after some time (not even available in background view)

update: i think this issue happens when listening to podcasts. listening to music does not cause this for me
