not able to access my features

so 3 days ago, my free spotify account suddenly downgraded or something, where some features got cutoff. 

- not able to add queues,

- no lyrics

- doesn't let me skip more than 6 songs in the entire day or choose my preference

my version- 8.8.4.462

I asked other people I know and they seem to be having access to all these features, why is this only for me help :(((
