408 error

I'm getting the 408 error when I try logging on from my phone, it works fine on my computer?

Error 408 is caused when you are accessing your free account from outside of its registered country for more than 14 days. 

Are you sure you are logging in using the correct detaiils? It sounds like you might have too different accounts. 

If you are sure you are logging into the same account, then check to make sure your country is set correctly in your online profile.
