Hello. I am having a number of issues with my spotify account.
1. I seem to have two accounts. One that I signed up for through spotify and one through facebook. I am writing this message through the account I have through facebook. However I only use the one through spotify and frankly have no idea how I managed to also get an account through facebook.
2. Today, a freind of mine sent me a playlist through my facebook. When I clicked on the link it went to the spotify account I have through facebook where I have 1 playlist. Ever since I clicked on that link I have been unable to log in to my regular spotify account which contains all my playlists (prior to this I was logged in automatically when I clicked on the spotify icon). It says that either the username or password is incorrect (username: nattynattynoonoo). But I cannot get spotify to send me an email allowing me to change my password as when I signed up for spotify the first time, I entered my email address wrongly. I thought I had corrected this but today when I tried to get my password emailed to me for the regular spotify account (username nattynattynoonoo) I received no email.
3. I emailed spotify today as I realised this is a very unique and special mess I have gotten myself into but just received an automated message.
Is there some way I can get into my old account to retrieve all my playlists? They are so important to me! Please help!
This is NatR from my other account! I have managed to log back in, the email was sent to my junk box so have now reset my password and all is well. I still have two accounts though 😕

Follow the instructions here to merge them into a single account you can sign into using your Spotify login details 😉
