Account Hacked

My premium account was hacked yesterday.  I can still log in with my Facebook credentials, but I cannot reset my password because the hacker changed my contact password on my account.  I already submitted an issue via the website, but it has been 5 hours and no response.  All my playlists were deleted, so I'm wanting to get the playlists restored and password reset.  I was hoping that my password would at least be reset by now.  Can someone help escalate this issue?

24 hours now of no updates from Spotify support.  For a service that I pay for, I find that pretty disappointing.
