Account disabled due to Spotify not responding to my emails after they took double payments.

Hi all,

can  anyone help, I upgraded to premium earlier this year but spotify took double payments for three months, I email several times with no response. Eventually I contacted paypal to claim a refund. Spotify have now closed my account and still don't respond.

Help!
