OK finally got my control back. Thanks billing.

I need months refunded for the times when I lost control - what are most common causes for hacks? brute force? this is BS. 

One thing's for sure, additional verification is needed before making another payment. This is just a suggestion. The guy was able to make a payment for a whole year of premium on my behalf. Thanks for the refund anyway.

1. I need the months refunded for the months that I could not use Spotify in which I'm paying for.

2. I need my playlists back - is that possible? For a music lover this is the worst thing to happen.

I've been a consumer in this space for years now (napster, rhapsody, zune...) and spotify really is the best thing to happen to music IMO. this just sucks.
