I logged on today all my hundreds of starred items are missing. My playlists still exists but my starred items are gone. I did not delete them this is a bug in the system.

I should of thought of doing that. LOL! I tried closing the app and re-opening it assuming that would do the same. It seems to be showing now thanks!

No worries. I'm not sure logging out/in itself would have fixed it but I refreshed your Starred list at our end. 🙂
Hi,
I've lost my all starred items 😕 Please help. I disconnected the account on facebook uninstalling the app, and after installing it again I've got non of my fav. songs 😕 My account ID change as well.
@bosal - Sounds like you have logged into a duplicate account, try the steps here 😉

All of my spotify starred tracks have dissapeared as well and I'm using the same account from 2 years ago.

OSX, and occasionally iphone. The problem occurs in OSX client.
It's working from the web interface. Since then it's working from the client as well.
The only question is can I get back my old starred items somehow?

You would need to get in touch with the Spotify team directly using the online contact form for that and see if they can do it for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
