Android trouble

My Android was linked and I had acess to my Playlists, great.  Then one day I think I "disconnected from Facebook" or something in the Settings.  Now, I cannot get my Playlists on my Android and I had to re-sign up for Spotify Premium, ***I get billed twice now, help***
