App Problem

App Problem

Hello Everybody!

I don't know if this is the right place for this, If not I'm sorry.

I use Spotify Free in Germany.

The AppFinder works, but not a single App is working. Whenever I click on it it says "Sorry, I could not download this app. Please try again later.". Do I need a premium accout or something?

Oh and the scrobbling to last.fm doesn't work either.

Any help? 😞

Problem solved; Avast antivirus program caused it. After I removed it and installed free Microsoft Security Essentials antivirus, Spotify's Apps started to work I can most definitely recommend Microsoft Security Essentials; it runs smoothly and doesn't slow down the system.

I'm a little disappointed that Spotify didn't provide any solution to this Smiley Embarassed

So, the scrobbling to last.fm started working today, but I still have the main problem... No one?

None of the apps listed in App Finder work for you?

edit: I had a look at your account, and there shouldn't anything wrong with it. Are you behind some weird NAT/Firewall? What OS are you using? What Spotify version are your running? (Can we found on the about page.)

Hi,

I have the same problem. For example Soundrop app doesn't start. It was working at least couple of weeks ago. Digster (and other applications that I try to install) is giving "Sorry, I could not download this app.." message. I tried to check the firewall settings (Avast) but it seems that it isn't causing the problen.

Please help me Cat Wink

OS: Windows 7

Spotify 0.8.4.93

I have the same problem but that solution doesn't work for me because I only use

MSE and no other programs.

I already tried to disable the firewalls and remove them.

Any other ideas?
