Bank Account Mixup

I switched my bank and have new accounts now. I canceled my sofort.com entry last year already, this is what their website says:

 

Betrag:

9,99 EUR pro Monat

Eingestellt am: 10.07.2012

 

Now something went wrong, my Premium Account is cancelled, this is what your mail says:

 

Your Spotify subscription has been paused due to a payment failure.
If your next payment on 2013-01-10 is successful, we will reactivate your subscription.
If you would like to reactivate your subscription immediately, simply cancel your Sofort standing order and set up a new subscription.

 

Problem is; I CANT cancel my Sofort standing order because 1) Sofort says there isn't one and 2) I can't login to my bank account via Sofort since it's no longer in existence. And I can't reactivate my subscription now and choose another payment method since your system needs me to end the subscription with Sofort first. Dilemma. Please help me out! Thanks.
