Can't add payment method

When I go to the "add a payment method" page and choose American Express, the next page just says "Payment failed" and "oops, somehting went wrong". I didn't even enter in a card number yet. Also, when I enter in my card to buy a free trial premium, it has the same error. 

My account is linked to my facebook.

Can somebody please help? Thanks 🙂

The best thing to do is to get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. 😉

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
