Can't redeem a code

I used my Viggle points to purchase 5 one month credits for Spotify Premium.  All the codes worked properly except the last one.  I receive a message that says "We are currently unable to redeem this code".  This message occurs AFTER the click on the "confirm" page.  In other words, initially it looks like it's going to work, then I get the error code.  There is no reason provided.

I appreciate any help.

well, no one has given me any advice. HOwever, today I tried the code again and it worked.  So I can only conclude that there is a maximum of codes that you can redeem per day.  Must be 4.

Sorry, I have no idea and most of the spotify staff are probably enjoying their weekend but glad it worked eventually 🙂
