Cancel Subscription

I want to cancel my subscription however when I try to fill out the contact form the dropdown menus do not appear.  Please cancel my account.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the links on your online account without needing to get in touch with the customer services team. 

There is another contact form you can try here if the main one is not working for you 😉

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
