Cancellation

I have been round and round in circles on your website.  I just want to cancel - I appear to have been charged £9.99 for my 'free' trial.  Why is it so difficult just to choose a cancel option.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You should be able to cancel your account at any time from your subscription pages. 

As for being charged on your free trial, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will hopefully be able to refund you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

When I try using the on-line contact form I get an error report and the text box is in grey so I cannot send a message.
