Change Country Setting

HI,

My account is set to Germany, but i have never been there, have tried to change but this just sends me round in a loop. could you please change my code to the uk? i have emailed on more than once.

Hi, Seemed to fix it.... but please could you give me instruction on how to do this? as it does not tell you, you must enter payment detail on the system, and that no money is taken!
