Creditcard Change not accepted

Hello Community,

I just got my new Mastercard Prepaid which I'd like to use for such purposes as Spotify.

Until now, I was using a friends Mastercard Prepaid from the exact same bank.

Now when I try to change to my card, it says that the details are invalid.

Any idea on how that could be? All details are correct and the card has positive balance.

First thing to check is that your card meets all of the requirements as set out in this help page.

it's the exact same card as im using to this date.

Except it has just been issued for me a week ago.

If you could contat our payments team, they'll be able to look into it a little closer.
