i have premium but still have ads????

i upgraded to premium as my subscription ran out and still have ads??? please help i have logged out and restarted computer i also have trouble if app is open for an hour it then stops responding

I bought an ipod for my son, and a premium account, now nothing works?!

I have an account on my Iphone as well, but it still works. However, on my laptop, ive lost all my playlists, and the account is no longer premium:-(
