Deleted playlists

Hi, could someone please restore the playlists I've just deleted by accident? I was having trouble syncing local files to my iphone so decided to get rid of the itunes playlists but I deleted the spotify ones too. There was a folder called iphoneoffline (within the Jo folder) - any chance someone could restore these?
