Disabled without Notice

Hi,

 

This is my new account that I created to try and solve this problem...

 

My old account was disabled without notice. I used to pay monthly for premium but just this month paid $119.88 for 12 months of premium.  Now my account is disabled and I don't know why.  Please help!  I feel like this money was stolen from me!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

You will need to contact the payments team directly using the online contact form to get this resolved. 

Just remember to give them as much information as you can. They will also need to verify some details with you, which can't be done on a public forum.

 

If you get an automated email reply, just reply directly to it so your query is pushed into the customer service queue.

Hi,

 

I contacted the team using the online contact form a few weeks ago, and then via Twitter, and then via this forum...

 

I got an email asking my user name/email... and haven't heard back in 4-5 days.

 

I got an email confirming that they got my message... and haven't heard back in 4-5 days.

 

I was told I would hear back within 24 hours!  

 

This is very frustrating - I paid for a year of premium and can't use it all month!
