Disconnect from Facebook completely.

I'm trying to pay for premium, but they insist on getting my Facebook password. I DON'T WANT SPOTIFY TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY FACEBOOK! How on earth do I pay without having to connect to facebook.

If you are being asked to enter your Facebook password, it sounds like you are logging in using Facebook authentication. 

Are you logging in using your Spotify username (not your email address) and password?
