Dear People at Spotify, 

 

It seems I have one account with spotify directly and another one with my facebook-ID?

 

Strange thing is: I logged in with my 'normal' account to renew my premium, but it seems that it has been 

booked on an account i can only get onto when i log in with my facebook details. 

 

It's annoying because my playlist are in the 'normal' account while my subscription is in the 'facebook' account. 

 

I hope you can help!

Ok, so I logged into spotify recently using my facebook sign in information and now none of my playlists are there nor are any of songs that I have marked as favorites over the year(s)... I noticed that this has to do with some kind of attempt at integration with facebook. Can someone please help me with getting back to my old un-linked account? This issue is quite frustrating and disheartening. Thank you.

I also experienced similar problems. I could not finish logging in with my normal email and password, and when I clicked I am new to spotify I lost my playlist and my premium account.

 

Could this be fixed?

There were some server issues but they shjould be fixed now.

 

@user-removed Could you try logging out then back in using your spotify username/password.

 

@WizZzoL Could you also try logging out and back in.

 

If you still have problems, use the online contact form and someone at Spotify will help get this sorted. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly (even though it says not to) to speed things along.

I've tried that a couple of times, but it still seems that I have an empty account now

@WizZzoL - Have you got in touch with support as @Joe suggested above?

I dont know what they are going to do with it, but seems like they are not going to answer it.

@WizZzoL - Did that email have a case number in the subject line?

Just reply to it even if it says not to, its a stupid system I know but that will push your case to an advisor.

hey, i have this problem too. i recently subscribed to premium, but the premium mode is assigned to my facebook login. and my playlist and other friend etc. is on my normal account "overlordqd".

 

please fix this issue.

@overlordqd - You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that moved over for you. Unfortunately it can't be done on the community due to the nature of the security details needed. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello guys,

 

I think that I got my account duplicated too... I actually cannot edit my profile details anymore.

 

So, can someone help me solving this? I already send a Contact Form (#00952544) to support a few days ago and replied the no-reply@spotify.com e-mail, but I'm still without any answer or fix.

Who's your Spotify Star?

Yeah I just singed into another account that linked to my facebook, and the one that I had before, so with all my playlists is gone, when I try to log back in using the information for that, I can't.

@tinage - If you get in touch with support here they can get that sorted out for you. If you get an automated email reply directing you to the community, reply directly to that email (even if from no-reply) and an advisor will get back to you.

Hello. I guess the same problem here, I no longer have my Spotify premium, but I have only on Spotify account -Facebook. So how can I get back to premium. All my playlists are gone.

All my playlists are gone,  I have no idea why, i didnt delete it. i logged into my spotify account on my ipad this morning, they're still there, but when i looked into the desktop one, all my playlist are gone, and then i checked the spotify on my ipad, they are gone as well. I'm suspecting a duplicated account, but i have no idea how to fix this.

I have sent multiple customer support forms over the past few weeks with no replies. Someone please help!
