Hi Guys,

I hope some german supporters can help me:

 

Abo-Status

Du hast ein Abonnement für . Das Abonnement wird am 2013-01-02 automatisch auf Spotify Premium umgestellt und dir werden 9,99 € in Rechnung gestellt, wenn du es nicht vorher kündigst.

 

What subscribtion is it? I did not order any? There is just a "." .....?!?!?

 

secondly:

When I try to use my new e-card code:

"Dieser Code kann nicht eingelöst werden, da er dir ein anderes Produkt als dein jetziges geben würde. Um diesen Code einzulösen, musst du entweder dein Konto auf denselben Produkttyp wie den Code upgraden oder dein jetziges Abonnement kündigen und den Code einlösen, wenn dein Abo ausgelaufen ist."

 

WTF? I don't get it... pls help me. My acc is a free one because I forgot to buy a new card in time. befor I used codes i used "SofortÜberweisung" but I canceld the payment. But my acc still seems to be set on the "SofortÜberweisung" setting!

My first e-card was accepted at once...

When I want to stop / delete my subscription it simply doesn't work....

 

Someone an idea?

I can't even upgrade my account on the usual way. The headline of the program shows "Spotify Free", but even though I canceled my further unlimited-subscription Spotify still wants to upgrade me back to unlimited. It is very confusing!

 

My status is: 

 

"Du hast ein Abonnement für . Das Abonnement wird am 2013-01-30 automatisch auf Spotify Unlimited umgestellt und dir werden 4,99 € in Rechnung gestellt, wenn du es nicht vorher kündigst."

 

Furthermore Spotify officially took 0,00€ from my bank account and it is not possible to remove my payment method "sofortüberweisung", but I can add another (e.g. pay pal) and remove it instantly.

 

 

I have asked Spotify to take a look at your post to see if they can fix it for you.

 

So sit tight for now...

hallo ich habe eine auflade nummer von der tankstelle (esso) gekauft (10euro) und der code geht nicht da steht imma''Da ist wohl etwas schiefgegangen. Versuche es noch einmal oder besuche unseren <a href="/help/">Hilfebereich</a>''

 

sprich code umsonst gekauft -.- oda weiss jmd weiter habe alles richtig geschrieben

I have the same problem like juliusedling i hope some german supporters can help me

I have the same problem like Lanco

i bought a e card (10euro) and i cant use it to upgrade my account

i did try an alternate browser and id didnt work either
