E-card code link not working

I was given an e-card for a 3 month Premium membership and the link in the email isn't working. A message just comes up in Chrome saying 'Server Error'. Any ideas?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Might be worth a shot in a different browser, or leaving it for an hour or so just incase its a temporary blip. 

If you are still having issues, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get it redeemed for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
