Email Addressess mess

Hello.

I have 1 account.

Username: daalpadu

Email: [removed by mod]

I want to change my email to my primary domain: [email removed by mod] - When I try it says email already in use.

If I try to "Forgot password?" for [email removed by mod] it says the email is not registered!!

WTF!

It might be an issue with how the server is handling the email address due to the period, but that's just a guess.  You can always file a support ticket her: https://www.spotify.com/us/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

and explain what you want to do and the messages you received when you tried to change your email and when you tried to reset your password.

You can choose the following dropdown menu items:

"acount and login" for the first dropdown

"change my personal details" for the second dropdown

"I have a new email address" for the third dropdown

If there is an issue with changing it in your profile, support should be able to help, and they usually respond within 24 hours.

We don't recommend posting your email addresses in the Community, but as smelico said, the contact form is probably best for this. Those guys'll be able to get this fixed up.

I have the same issue. And so far I've waited 2 weeks for Support to contact me back about the problem.
