Emails not being recieved

Emails not being recieved

I'm trying to set up a password but every time the site tells me they've sent me an email it never gets recieved.

 

I have checked that my details are correct and that the mail isn't going to junk, it just appears that they aren't coming through at all.

 

I'm not going to upgrade to premium if I can't even set a password for my phone app.....

 

Please help.....

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Best bet is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they should be able to push those emails out to you manually. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
