Error 904

Hey everytime i try download music/albumbs i get Error 904 how do i fix this?

I've got 85 downloads so its not that!

When can I get my downloads, im having error code 904. I need the music I paid for.

@Samhilling The downloads store has been removed from Spotify for some time, but any gift cards valid for downloads should still be honoured. I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and see what they suggest.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
