Everytime when I add my payment information - tried in IE, firefox and chrome and several computers. it gives me this: Error in request

No error code or anything - what can it be ?

I've got the same "error in request" message when i try to buy a gift card. Does this mean I have to buy it on the internet network or 3G network of the country where my visa card comes from ? I live by the border, work in a country, live in the other one.
