Error while changing email prefs

I'm trying to disable all emails from spotify (recently unsubscribed). 

I'm at the url: https://www.spotify.com/us/account/profile/

Regardless of what options I change on the form, after I hit save and the page reloads there is a red rectangle with the error "Sorry, unhandled error" just below the "Edit your profile" heading. If I refresh without re-submitting, any changes I made are reverted.

I'm trying to do this right now as well and am getting the exact same error.

What kind of site requires you to log in to be removed from their spam list? Second, I apparently had to give extra information (zip code, date of birth) before I was even allowed to change my settings! I'm not giving this crappy site any more information, so I just entered random numbers. But now I get an error when I try to turn off emails!

Problem is escalated to staff -- it will be looked into.

I have the same issue, I would like to alter email notification settings but can't.

Also, it is unclear which drop down menu is for month and day on the (manditory) form.
