I bought two Spotify gift cards, first one I accidentally redeemed a one month premium and so I had to buy a second one. I got charged twice under each transaction (total of FOUR $9.99 charges). Long story short, I spoke to someone and they CANCELLED my premium and I got my money back for the premium, and I got a second duplicated payment refunded. 

 

HOWEVER, I'm still waiting for a THIRD $9.99 because I no longer have premium and I obviously shouldn't have to pay for the duplicated charges. 

 

I have been trying to e-mail you guys over the past 2 weeks, and you guys suddenly stopped replying and my problem isn't solved. It shouldn't be this difficult to refund a customer when they not getting what they paid for.

I would recommend you contact the payments team directly using the online contact form.

If you recieve an automated reply, reply to that email with your original message and it will be sent to a member of the team who will be able to assist you further.

Thanks for the reply, but like I said, I have been trying to e-mail and I have not received a reply. Posting here was my last resort; all I'm asking for is my money back for something I did not pay for. You don't understand how frustrating this has been, because I've been dealing with this since 9/22.

Hi David, Sorry to bug you again. I recently got an email reminding me my premium is about to expire, but since that one got canceled and I just activated the one you had returned to me on 10/9, I just want to make sure my premium lasts until 11/9. Thanks!
