When I save my playlist on a mobile device (or my PC) for offline use as a premium member- will songs be saved in 320 kb/s quality if I choose "high streaming quality" in the settings?

Solved!! Spotify free without facebook?

Isn't it possible to get Spotify free without having a facebook account? It seems the only way to register is to enter my facebook credentials but since I don't have an account on facebook it's a bit tricky.
