FB Account and Spotify User Error

Hi i tried a solution for the losing al the suscription status and playlistbut since the thread is locked, this happened to me but that didnt work i payed about 4 days ago for 2 months of service and yesterday when i logged in with my fb account it asked me my spotify user and when i synced both accounts lost my two months of services and all playlist and starred music i have sent various emails but still no answer yet if you need any proof i have sent it already to the support email

well this is me with another account because they deleted everything but still no premium nor my old playlist and starred music just in case if any moderator can help me this is the last info on the payment email now that the user id changed

Well it seems there is no solution to this problem because i havent gotten answer back are there any more people experiencing this problem?
