Facebook Error.

So i bought premium, and after that i accidentally clicked disconnect from facebook. 
so what happened next was it split my account into two, One spotify and one facebook. Now i can't get them back together.

It gives me error when im trying to connect these two. I already deleted spotify facebook app but it did nothing. 

So i was just asking, can i connect them myself somehow or does it have to be done in your end?

Hey Duuba,

Thanks for posting. We've just checked your account and we can't find your Facebook account. If you use your chosen Spotify username (not your email address), that'll get you access to the account you signed up for Premium on. Hope that helps!

Yes I know that, But my problem is that i wan't to connect these two accounts back into one!
I am using my spotify credentials to log in. 

(I wan't to reconnect my facebook and spotify, but it's not possible because facebook created new account automatically when i disconnected it)

Do you have a case number from when you got in touch?

@betaeduardo - Open a case with customer services if you have not already done so using this form. 

@Everyone - If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages when you get in touch, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I am having the same problem! I purchased Premium and it split my account in 2. Now i have a separate one for Facebook. I deleted the one attached to Facebook but I still can't link my current spotify to Facebook. Help!

dpuorro - So long as you use your username 'dpuorro' to login, not your Facebook details, you'll access your Premium. Once you're logged in, you'll be able to re-link it to your Facebook.

Although I have read through the posts, I don't find a clear way to take action to re-unite my Spotify Premium account with Facebook again after trying to de-link them.

Spotify is not recognising I have paid for a Premium account after disconnecting from my facebook profile; I have seemed to have lost all of my playlists.

I would be very grateful if I could have my Premium account back please, even if it means I have to re-connect it to my Facebook account, so any help will be appreciated.
