Got Premium, randomly treated as basic

Hi,

I've had my account for quite a long time now. I'm not connected via Facebook and will remain so.

Randomly when I login via Chrome to use the webplayer I get treated as I had a basic account and offered to become Premium.
And it's not even in the start or end of a payment period.

What's the problem? Starting to get really annoyed with this.

Hey there, is it always your username ifconfig you're using to login rather than your email address? Your ifconfig account has had a regular Premium subscription for a long time (awesome!) so there's no reason that should be showing a Free account at all.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Yes, I always login with username ifconfig and never with e-mail address.

I submited a screenshot. Sometimes I can access the web player, but never recently.

EDIT: I should clarify that my problem only concern Web player.

Oh, the spotify.com page has always looked like that for me, whether I'm logged in or not. I guess it's just another one of those little quirks 🙂

How do you access the web player when it looks like this?

I never go through that page - I just type "play" in my browser as "play.spotify.com" is already in my history.
