I bought a 10$ gift card and didn't know the difference between unlimited and premium so I click on unlimited but I only got it because I though it would work on my Ipod but it doesn't so how do I switch to premium the one that works on everything and yes I already tried switching but it wants me to set up a payment method but I just want to refund my card I have to get premium help???!!?

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that changed over for you. They are the only ones who can do it I'm afraid.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
