Hacked Account Upgraded

Hi, my account was hacked, password and email address changed, then it was upgraded to Premium.  I had to create a new account just to ask what to do about it.  I'd like to cancel the account.  My bank tells me all they can do is give me a new debit card.  i would rather not go through all that.
