Hello, i have a problem with e-cards

 a couple of hours ago i bought some for friends and it still hasn't shown up in emails and i have not received the receipts. we all have been checking spam etc and nothing has shown up yet

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this for you. You may also be able to see receipts on your online account (never bought an eCard so I don't know if they appear there or not!)
