How Can I Get My Original Spotify Account Back?

So I am from America and I used to use Spotify (connected to my Facebook account) with no restrictions (other than the occasional advertisement), but now I am in Germany and Spotify wouldn't work for me anymore so I made a "German account."  Recently I merged my German account with my Facebook account because, according to the Spotify website, if I changed the source of my IP address to Germany I could listen to Spotify on my Facebook linked account.  Now I'm being told I only have seven minutes left to listen to music before I AM FORCED to upgrade.

Can you please fix this or tell me how to fix it?  I am on my final straw with Spotify because this is unbelievably ridiculous.  At the very least, can anyone tell me how to contact someone at Spotify directly with an email or something to get this fixed because I am not having this anymore.

Hello,

You shouldn't be getting messages saying you need to update, unless you were still logging into your American account. If you log in using your Facebook details, you should be accessing your Germany account.

Could you take a screenshot of this message at all? This will allow us to pinpoint exactly what's going on here.
