How long time till support answer?

How long time till support answer?

The days before christmas, I sended in an issue regarding my account to support.

I was recommended to do this by one of the moderators of this community.

And still there is no answer, not even the smallest beep telling that they have recieved my mail.

So how long should I wait?

Hi 11238560 - Looks like my colleague sent you a response on 24 December. 

 

Please take a look in your spam filter as sometimes our message can get caught in there too. 

There is nothing there...

It is empty...

I'll send that over again. Please note you wrote to us using the email account currently linked to your Spotify (st******@gmail.com).

Aah, okey, I see what the problem is then.

That email account is deleted, and I told that in the supportmail, I cannot get in contact with that email again.

I said in the mail that I should be contacted on that login I´m writing this post from, wich is my facebook-login regarding r*****@gmail.com

So.................???

Ok no worries, that email has been sent to your new address. 

 

If any other users are running into this problem, please note you can select 'Would you like to contact us before creating a Spotify account?' from the contact form. 

 

This allows you to write to use from any email, no matter which address your Spotify is registered with.
