How to delete a post??

Hello! I accidentally 'posted' or 'shared' something on my wall or profile thing. I don't want it there.. So how to I delete it?

I have the same question. I'd like to delete a post created by sharing a playlist. I know how to delete it from Facebook or Twitter, but there seems to be no option to delete it from the Spotify feed.

There is no way to edit/remove it from the activity feed I am afraid. Some people have reported that turning off the "Share my activity and what I listen to with my followers on Spotify" and then turning it back on again will make it disappear from your friends feeds.

This helps but not really. I removed it from my feed, but it is still on the "discover" section...

There is no way to remove it from Discover that I am aware off (although you might be able to down-vote it).

Need to be able to delete and edit feed posts.

I screwed up my text when sharing a track to my feed, to check if it was reaching Facebook. Now it makes me and Spotify look stupid!!

I had deleted my Spotify account from Facebook and had deactivated my Spotify account overall, but one of my posts seems to still be appearing on my friend's feed. Is there any way to get rid of that post?

You mean in the feed in the right of the client? Unfortunately not, since that data will be stored locally inside their Spotify client. It should disappear on its own given a little time though.

Yes, to the right. I had deleted my account back in October, but it's still appearing. How long does it take to dissapear?

If you mean a playlist, then no. You can always log in and delete all tracks in the playlist to get around that.

Not a playlist. I had shared a song and had added a caption, and it keeps appearing on the feed to right. I have deleted everything possible having to do with my account information both on Spotify and Facebook, but it still appears.

Ah that will work it's way out of the cache eventually. There's no way to speed this up.

So you guys really think it's a good feature (or lack thereof) to not be able to edit or completely remove a share to your followers?

How long has Spotify been around now? We haven't figured this one out yet?

I saw a reply to one of the MANY posts asking for this feature saying a suggestion has to get so many kudos to be implemented... do a google search to see how important a feature this is!

It's beyond ridiculous that you didn't think of implementing a remove option for activity when you first thought of adding an activity feed.

We're stupid, ofcourse we're going to post something to everyone by mistake that was meant to be private, especially when it's so blumming easy to do in Spotify. You might say "Think before you share..." facebook is around, who thinks before they share on facebook?

You need to sort this out.
