I've lost everything!

Hi guys! Today I entered into Spotify and I have discovered that I've lost everything!
No followers or following and no playlist!
Maybe this is a problem with facebook and I accidentally compromised the connection between spotify and facebook.
Is it possible to have all my datas back?? Please!!

Thank you Peter!! I did those steps many times but it didn't work. 

I've read into another post that maybe this is a problem with facebook. In fact I cancelled the authorization for many app in facebook. Maybe I made a mistake and cancelled spotify authorization. 

Do you know if it's possibile to find my old datas?

Best thing to do is get in touch with support here and they can have a look into your accounts Spotify side for you, see what is going on there.
