I have made this request TWICE before via e-mail and I have gotten NO RESPONSE! 

My facebook page was deactivated and not from my doing, from FB's doing. My e-mail address I've used is the_h******@hotmail.com but spotify has STILL been charging my card for the past 2 months for service I can't use due to being put off of facebook.

I've requested last month as well as this month that you either

A) RETURN ALL FUNDS from the past 2 months that were taken from my account since I'm not able to use the service (due to facebook locking down my account!) 
or 
B) Let me log in with my e-mail address instead of FB how I WAS doing it since FB blocked me and givem e 2 free months since I'd already paid for them.

  • DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN WITHOUT ME BEING ABLE TO GET SERVICE!!!! 

But I'm constantly ignored by spotify.
