I need help with a password reset. The password reset button does not work. I do not get an email.
I wrote an email to support and received an case ID back: 00711286 and already replied to the no-reply message.

I finally remembered which password was used, so it didn't get sorted by mail. Though shortly after I received an email by support asking verification of my identity and starting the lost password solution. So if I wouldn't have remembered in time it would have gotten sorted by mail surely ;-). Thanks again.

i am having the same problem. i have sent the password email at least ten times to my email and i am still not receiveing it. i have no filters on and still it says it was sent but it is not coming to my email. i had to create a new spoitfy account just so i can email this. i also have contacted the spotify support team twice. I have not gotten a response from them either. the case number is: #00744149 and case number: 00741381. i would like to get back into my account to continue using spotify as soon as possible.

Also no response from support: Spotify Case # 00919074. Just replied to the ticket.
