Multiple account problems

So I have an account that I used to use on another email that is iattached to my current facebook. My current/active spotify account is using my new email address. I had to create a facebook for this account so I could use spotify. I went to chnge my facebook email recently and I can't because i have the other facebook with my new email. I want to change the email on my face book account to my new one and keep all my current playlists. Is this possible?
