NUS Discount Not working

Hi,

My NUS card number won't be accepted on your website, it says it is invalid.

I just signed up for premium, still in the 30 day trial period

I just bought my NUS card today, so it is definitely valid.

I've also tried in 3 browsers and going on the NUS website, but there is not 'link at the bottom of the page'.

Please help!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
