NUS Discount Problem

NUS Discount Problem

I'm an existing customer trying to sign up to the NUS student half price discount. Howevver, after logging in on the website and entering my NUS card number, along with my date of birth, I get an error message saying that my date of birth is invalid.

 

Could someone help me please?

Mstory - For any payments issue, it's best if you get in touch with our payments team. Just head to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'. They'll get it sorted for you as soon as possible.

Hi Dantevaldas - Thanks for filling out the contact form. I can see my colleague got back to you yesterday. 

 

If you could get back to him with that requested info he can continue to help resolve this for you. 

I am having the same problem - a year after the above posts, so obviously still a problem.  I emailed through the contact us page on Monday and not had any response 4 days later.  Can someone please help?

Would you be able to post your case number here from when you got in touch (its in the automated email reply) and I will ask someone to chase that up for you?

Peter, ID is 00872238 and I emailed on Monday, 19th August. I'd really like a response very soon.

I am also having this problem I got an email apologising for the delay and that if the problem hadn't magically solved itself I should reply to that email....shockingly it hadn't magically fixed itself so I replied to that email and STILL I have no reply. The reference numbers given at the bottom of the email made no sense so I've just copied and pasted what was at the bottom and I'm trusting you'll be able to make sense of it.

Why on earth there isn't a telephone number I just do not know!!!

If you don't hear anything back within 24 hours of replying again @jpbassett let us know. I have a feeling from the number of cases floating around on the community the team are a little behind.

Still not fixed!! Is this a deliberate ploy to just exacerbate people so much so they just pay the normal price.

Did you reply to the automated email from spotify and did they get back to you?
